GenZ’s fears are summed up in two words: FINANCE and FULFILLMENT.

The desire to get rich early and spend time with families could cause a stigma if not fulfilled. Every GenZ has a perfect dream in their head to achieve. Many of them hope to change history, forget old memories, and build new ones.

These two fears depend on a common factor which is Time –To spend or save time.

The rate of success for Gen Z is determined by Time factor. Learning to utilize time rightly as a Gen Z would play a huge role in productivity.

Your goals and desires will remain invalid if you fail to plan.

A dreamer doesn’t need to snore before their dream becomes irrelevant. A little mistake or delay could ruin it.

Time management has been a constant topic taught to GenZ due to their early exposure to the internet, but GenZ has proven that the internet is a goldmine, even millennials are witnessingit. Would you stop surfing the internet and bear the pain of 9-5 or create a beautiful system that generates money passively and continuously for you?

I know the later has the biggest vote, so dig in let’s discuss what you shouldn’t ignore as a Gen Z.

1. Manage your focus, not just time: Multitasking can be distracting. Achieve your goals one at a time using the Pareto principle; If you direct 20% of your efforts in the right direction, you’ll get 80% of your desired results.

2. Time blocking: Refrain from distractions at work hours. Using focus mode on your phone or computer would increase productivity. Also try simple tasks while waiting or commuting.

3. Prioritize your tasks in these order: (Urgent, Important, Can wait)
Attend to the Urgent tasks first, and deal with the important ones later. Then treat the last set as new urgent.

4. Take short breaks: Making time to stretch, drink tea, or take a walk could help increase your productivity.

5. Never ignore the power of intelligent friends: You may have mentors, but I introduce the system that every Gen Z should have. These connections can't replace mentors but are support systems for rough days. Get mentors but keep your intelligent friends closer.

Everyone desires to be rich. Many quit their desires while others achieved them late or early. You can win even in challenging situations when you embrace your goals, draft good plans to win, and keep your intelligent friends with you.
